Over the years, depending on seasonal or market conditions, they used the boiler at a capacity of 2-6 t/h. In this case, while the catalog efficiency of the system is 89%, the actual total efficiency varied between 70-89% when operating at lower capacities.

Therefore, they purchased a 3-set 3 t/h cascade Jenesis HUB system. In this system, thanks to the HUB central automation system, the three steam generators in the factory operate as a single system. However, even when steam consumption capacities decrease, the efficiency always remains at 95%, thanks to the contribution of flue gas economizers.

The HUB cascade system operates the required number of steam generators as needed. Moreover, it distributes the load in such a way as to keep the steam demand within the capacity range where the burners of the steam generators are operating at their best combustion efficiency. Depending on the instantaneous steam load, it operates one or three steam generators as needed. While doing this, it ensures equel aging by considering the operating hours of the steam generators.

When a problem occurred in a smoke tube boiler, factory production would stop, resulting in significant financial losses. However, the cascade system offers a 30-100% backup. Even if one steam generator fails, production can continue with the other steam generators.

Thanks to the water-tube design of Jenesis Steam Generators, there is zero risk of explosion, eliminating the need for a separate boiler room. They can be placed in the middle of the factory or in a closed area on the lower, upper, or mezzanine floors.

Jenesis Steam Generators have a cold start time of 4-5 minutes. This means you don't need to waste an hour of fuel each time you start the system. You can start supplying steam to your entire factory after just 5 minutes.

Standard capacities in the Jenesis product range are between 0.15 and 6 t/h. For example, instead of buying one smoke tube boiler for a 15 t/h boiler room, you can choose a HUB cascade system with three 5 t/h steam generators. In fact, if you purchase 4 sets of 5 t/h steam generators, you will have full backup. This allows you to operate at high efficiency with full backup, maintaining a constant proportional range between 1-15 t/h without any loss of efficiency.

Another major advantage of the Jenesis HUB cascade system is the phased investment. Let's assume your factory needs 10 t/h of steam for the initial investment. Let's also assume that, according to your 5-year growth plan, you will eventually reach a steam capacity of 15 t/h. In such a case, factories initially purchase 15 t/h smoke tube steam boilers. They pay high prices, have no backups, and use the 15 t/h steam boiler at very low loads, works on/off with low efficiency. However, with the Jenesis HUB cascade system, you can start the investment with low costs by purchasing 2 sets of 5 t/h steam generators. If the need increases in later years, additional 5 t/h steam generators can be added. This offers a significant advantage in the investment phase.
