2'41"99 - Bunnies Don't Like Being Disturbed on Holiday - Rayman Raving Rabbids

Описание: Started grinding for a 2'42 in April when I got a 2'44 in story mode. Thought it would be fairly simple but consistently got unlucky with bad RNG and such. Got 15+ 2'43s, including a "33, "23, "14, "10, and even an "00, so it's really nice that I just straight up skipped 2'42 by 10 milliseconds. I can only identify about 1.50 more timesave with these strats, so this is pretty close to the human limit.

This plunger game probably has the most RNG out of all the shorter ones. Within the first 25 seconds you've got a whole 2 seconds dependent on the first 3 spawns and how fast the rabbids come out of the submarine. On this attempt I get pretty bad RNG and lose around a second and a half, which makes up most of the rest of the timesave for this level. The middle part is skill-based, however many of the shots are made from such a far distance that it may as well be random. There's also about 2 seconds of RNG spread throughout here as well, and I think I only lose around .50 to what perfect RNG would be. The final part is the worst part. The rabbid spawns for missiles 2 and 3 are the same number each time, but they come out of different parts of the sub. To get a 2'42, you really need to get the best possible RNG, which involves the least amount of rabbids coming out of the top right part of the sub. On top of this, some of the rabbids will take forever to appear on screen, which can lose up to 3 seconds. About 10% of the time you get the perfect RNG here, which is almost what I get on this time after failing many similar attempts to this one part. Random note, but my first vid on this that was 2'59"60 actually had the absolutely perfect RNG for the final part.

Don't normally make thumbnails for videos like this but for the thousands of attempts I now have on this I figured I should atleast do something. Not really sure what to do now since I've kinda just been playing this for so long.

Since I am now doing the plunger games in order, my next goal is Bunnies Think They're In a Movie for a 1'54 or 1'53.
