We talked about the restrictions to may face when buying land an how to find out why you can do with the land to want to buy;

Can you build a house? Can you build two houses? Or put a manufactured home? Can you install a septic system or is there a sewer hook up available? Can you drill a well.. is there enough water? Are you too close to the neighboring property to do all these things you want to do? What does the county allow? Does the zoning allow it ?
All of these questions,and more, are important things to consider when you buy land.

And for Women’s History Month - we look at the, more recent than you might realize, history of women in real estate and finance.
Did you know it was only 50 years ago that women couldn’t finance a home purchase without a co-signer? And now single women have surpassed single men in homeownership! As they say, “we’ve come a long way baby”
