Start your day off with my 45-minute full-body morning yoga stretch. Although this a full-body vinyasa stretch we will be focusing a lot on opening the hips with some very juicy hip stretches, to help release any emotional baggage you may be holding on to or tension from a hard weeks work or after waking up from a rough nights sleep. I hope you guys enjoy this flow and find it accessible by modifying any yoga pose you need to so that you can adjust this yoga class to suit your individual level and needs.
