Living off grid in Montego Bay, Jamaica 🌿🇯🇲
In this video I share a simple day of natural living off the land.
I begin by washing my hands at a handmade water tap, harvesting fresh aloe vera to eat and use on my face and hair. I chop firewood, light a fire, and harvest pak choi, prepared and served on a banana leaf.
I also pick Cuban oregano to make herbal tea, pray over the food, eat and drink, then read the scriptures before resting.
This is off-grid living, nature kitchen, and faith-based simple living in Jamaica.
Give thanks for the land, the food, and life itself.
