Blueberry (or Bilberry with more antioxidants😁) Chia Jam (no added sugar)🫐
❗️If you have any digestive issues with chia seeds, please choose a different recipe.
💌 The sweeter your berries, the sweeter your jam will turn out.
💖Just a little tip — this jam is sugar-free, so it’s best to make it in small amounts and enjoy it within 1–2 days
Ingredients:
• 1 cup blueberries (or Billberry)
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions:
1. Add the blueberries to a small saucepan and cook over medium heat, mashing them gently as they soften. Cook until the mixture is smooth and bubbly.
2. Remove from heat. Stir in the chia seeds
3. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow it to set.
