Dortmund, Germany. 10x Escalator ride at Reinoldikirche Stadtbahn station and part walk around

Описание: We take a POV ride on 10x (out of 15) different escalators and have a near full walk around of Reinoldikirche Stadtbahn station (one of the main, central stations outside the St Reinolds Church) in Dortmund, Germany. Most here are O&K escalators (type RT-HD from around 1990) but a few years ago the upper sets were replaced with ThyssenKrupp escalators (Tugela) - this is a common process here where the surface escalators are renewed first. Though as you can see it is often totally unnecessary to replace the escalators as they run very well and actually the new ones are no more reliable - one was broken here…

**The Stadtbahn is a light rail / tram network. Many German cities have one. Dortmund's just happens to be a very nice one. In the central and busy areas of the city, the stations are sub-surface, whereas further out, they are just normal on-street tram stops. This is one of the underground ones here - I have filmed all of them and uploads will come in time.
