Today's video is a quick update on my current fitness schedule. I have been doing The Work or technically "6 Weeks of The Work" by Beachbody and Amoila Cesar
The workout, as it says, involves a 6 week schedule with progressively intense workouts. I wasn't so sure about it the first two days. However, now that I am starting Week 3 / Day 1 I am excited to see this one through.
The workouts fly by and 6 weeks isn't long at all. Way easier than the old days with P90X hour and 15 min workouts per day for 90 days (Not to mention 90 minutes of Yoga X).
I am still working on my meal prep even through the holidays. I did go a little crazy for a couple weeks and hit an average of 3,000-3,200 daily calories which did put a couple % body fat back on unsurprisingly.
I reduced to 2500 daily average and now will put myself around 2,200 ish for the remainder of 2019 as I'd like to get a bit more ripped/shredded again. The cool thing is that with all the tracking and data I have I know it'll only take a matter of weeks vs. months.
