This episode shows my progress from the Sourlies Bothy to Shiel Bridge. After the first day being a fairly comfortable twenty plus mile day, day two got down to the nitty gritty of this trail.
Day three proves to be probably the toughest single day of hiking I have ever experienced in the UK.
It is also the day I suffer an injury to my ankle. From here onwards, I am walking with the aid of painkillers.
The question is, though, is it a hike killer.
