In February 1920, 15-year-old Mary Drury left her home in Waterloo, Liverpool, and never returned. The following morning, her body was found near the Brook Road allotments, her throat cut and no sign of the killer. Days later, the mutilated body of a railway signalman was discovered on the tracks at Sandhills Station but what linked the two deaths? This episode revisits an obscure and long-forgotten case from post-war Liverpool.
