On this episode, I visit a well known Filipino bakery: Gwenie's Pastries. Gwenie's supplies baked goods to all the mom and pop Filipino groceries in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. And, they also have a storefront/warehouse/kitchen in Rockville, MD. It's there that I get a sampling of their wares. Stuff that's mostly unfamiliar to me. The result? An awesome array that really impresses.
