Laurence John Sternig (1908-1999), writing as Larry Sternig, was an Austrian-born prolific author of mainly Mystery short stories, who also published half a dozen science fiction short stories in the years of 1945-1947. He went on to found the successful Sternig literary agency in the 1950s, later to become the Sternig-Byrne literary agency.
