StopWatt Consumer Reports Reviews Are Fake. Here's My Real StopWatt Review

Consumer Reports never provided any reporting about this product, nor did Consumer Affairs. Elon Musk never created or endorsed StopWatt, either. Scammers promoted sponsored listings in Google search results pretending to be Consumer Reports providing reviews. Also, some scammers possibly altered headlines of real Consumer Affairs articles, inserting a fake story to convince people Consumer Reports reviewed StopWatt. If they did that, all the scammers had to do in order to fake the headline was edit the page's source code.

The purpose of this video is to further expose the not-legit StopWatt reviews appearing in Google search results, including the fake Consumer Reports sponsored listenings and fake article screenshot possibly featured in the sponsored posts on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. This product purportedly costs $49. However, scammers simply purchased hundreds or thousands of the mass-produced and generic "electricity saving box" or "electricity saving device" from Amazon, Temu or another website. Then, the scammers rebranded it with a new name to make it sound more interesting. That name was StopWatt. These boxes or devices will not save you any money on your electric or utility bill.

Another purpose of this video is to explain two different models exist for StopWatt as the "electricity saving box" or "electricity saving box" that scammers featured in fake StopWatt Consumer Reports reviews in Google search results as sponsored listings. Do not buy this product.

Also, near the end of my video, I talk about how a website located in India accepted money to publish a sponsored content article promoting a fake StopWatt Consumer Reports review. Also, I showed how the consumer-friendly U.S. Better Business Bureau page for StopWatt reported a 1.18 out of 5 review rating for the product with dozens of complaints. In other words, not great.

I really hope my efforts not only with this video but also its description get this video to reach as many people as possible.
