🥕Ingredients
1lb pork
2t mirim (rice wine)
1T crushed garlic
1.54lb sour kimchi
vegetable oil
1 yellow onion
500ml water
2t soy sauce for soup
1T red pepper powder
2 green onion
🍳Instruction
▶ Cut pork into bite-sized pieces.
▶ Mix the sliced pork with 2t mirim and 1T crushed garlic.
▶ Cut the top of the sour Kimchi and roll it with the meat in the kimchi.
▶ Put oil in the pot and lay the sliced 1 yellow onion.
▶ Put the dried kimchi neatly on the onion, and add 500ml of water, and boil it.
▶ When it starts to boil, add 2t soy sauce for soup and 1T red pepper powder and boil over high heat for 10 minutes.
▶ Close the lid of the pot and simmer for another 40 minutes over low heat.
▶ Sprinkle with chopped green onions and simmer for another 10 minutes over low heat to complete it.
