In a foreign country, a young woman reunites with her friend at a cafe adhering to the laws that prohibit loud speaking. As efforts to comply with the law unfold, her cellphone disrupts the "peace" with a sudden loud ring. Despite her attempts to silence it and her urgency, she finds herself expelled from the cafe for failing to adhere to the regulations. Subsequently, state officials storm into the cafe and apprehend her, leading to her arrest.
