Actor Steffan Rhodri, star of Gavin and Stacey and Harry Potter is currently on stage in the West End, taking a role in Absent Friends. But when he isn't acting, Steffan is a keen foodie, having taken part in the Welsh version of Celebrity Masterchef.
He has also made a series of programmes looking at Wales' produce and whereit is eventually exported to. In this video he chats about what Wales has to offer to the rest of the UK in terms of food.
Wales now produces award winning food across a range of areas. In fact, one of Wales' exports, smoked salt from Halen Mon, is used is salted caramels made in Seattle- which happen to be Barack Obama's favourite! Proof, if any were needed, that produce from Wales is worthy of being celebrated.
