Rules of fat burn- do not wait more than an hour to eat after your eyes open. Please have a fueling and 10-15 oz of water every 3 hours. Or 64-100 oz total a day. Set a timer use an app like EatWise do not go over 3 hours if possible. If you know who’s will be busy when your fueling time is coming have it early or at least have a bite and finish within an hour. If you get off track just get back on track. People who take the 2-3 minutes it takes a day to weigh out their lean and greens lose more weight consistently then those who don’t.

If you have more activity you will need to refuel with 3 oz more protein with a fueling before the activity. If you are out exercising the 5&1 it may slow down your weight loss. A different plan like the 4&2 may be a better option for you.
**if you take thyroid medication please have a soy free fueling an hour after you take your medicine with 10 oz of water. The reason for this is thyroid medication can not be take. With soy or even within 3-4 hours of taking it or your thyroid medicine will not absorb correctly in your system. Look at the back of the box to see if it has soy
