“New Dawn" is a mod for Red Alert 3 that plans to add in new units (both those from Uprising and brand new custom ones) and to change other aspects of the game, such as adding new tech structures, changing and enhancing protocols, altering some units' stats and abilities, changing the armour system (damage correction mechanism) a bit. More features will also be revealed in the future.
Along with this, New Dawn plans to enhance both some of the visual and audio effects, giving the combat a more intense and dramatic vibe, making it more authentic.
