I did what I could considering the circumstances and it was fun to dance and play around a little bit 💃🏼 The truth it pole dancing is hard work and you'll lose your strength and flexibility if you're not consistent. I'm excited to be back and I'm hoping for cooler weather so I can really get back into it 💪🏽
