Bukod sa betrayal of public trust, umano’y sistematikong korupsyon sa paggamit ng pondo ng bayan ang batayan ng panibagong impeachment complaint na ihahain ng grupong BAYAN laban kay Pres. Bongbong Marcos, ayon kay BAYAN Secretary General Renato Reyes.
Kasama aniya rito ang pagpapalawak ng unprogrammed appropriations, paggamit umano ng pondo para sa maanomalyang flood control projects, at ang paggalaw sa pondo ng PhilHealth para pondohan ang naturang alokasyon.
Dagdag pa ni Reyes, may seryosong alegasyon ng kickbacks na umano’y umabot sa Malacañang—mga isyung hindi naimbestigahan, at sa halip ay nauwi sa pagbibitiw lamang ng ilang opisyal.
