Need to cleanse your environment or make it smell nice but you can't use fire or smoke? I have a fun and easy solution. We're going to make some cleansing spray together using easy to get and inexpensive materials (you probably have most in your cupboard already!). This is just how I have always done it. I am sure there are different methods, I am just sharing mine since a bunch of you have asked 🥰.
💫 As always, take precautions on your ingredients, use with care and your own discretion. Do your own research as to what you are putting in this. I am not a doctor. This is not a disinfectant, nor does it clean surfaces. It's to cleanse the environment of negativity.
🌿 What you will need:
Fresh Herbs of choice
Optional: therapeutic grade essential oils, salt, black salt
Heat Resistant Bowl of generous size
Strainer (optional)
Boiling Water
Spray bottle(s)
