Sweden Ascendant | EU5 Sweden Campaign Part 1 (1337–1412)

Описание: This episode begins a historical Sweden playthrough in Europa Universalis V, starting in 1337 under King Magnus VII, one of Sweden’s weakest historical rulers. His reign, already fragile, is cut short by the Black Death, allowing Sweden a rare early reset and a chance to rewrite its fate.

From the opening years, this campaign focuses on breaking Sweden free from regional weakness and transforming it into a dominant Baltic power. Denmark is fully annexed, ending Danish influence in Scandinavia. Norway, which begins under a personal union, is methodically pushed down the path toward eventual annexation.

To the south and east, Sweden takes advantage of early momentum to wipe out the Teutonic Order and secure most of the Baltic Sea coastline, leaving only a handful of provinces in Hansa hands. By 1412, Sweden controls the northern trade routes, dominates the Baltic, and stands positioned as the undisputed power of the north.
