स्वर्ण मंदिर के पवित्र सरोवर से जुड़ा एक वीडियो सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल होने के बाद देशभर में विवाद खड़ा हो गया। वीडियो में एक युवक द्वारा सरोवर में आपत्तिजनक गतिविधि करते हुए देखा गया, जिससे सिख समुदाय सहित कई लोगों की धार्मिक भावनाएं आहत हुईं। मामले के सामने आने के बाद शिरोमणि गुरुद्वारा प्रबंधक कमेटी (SGPC) ने कड़ी कार्रवाई की मांग की।
विरोध बढ़ता देख गाजियाबाद पुलिस ने आरोपी सोशल मीडिया इन्फ्लुएंसर सुभान रंगरेज को हिरासत में लिया है। पुलिस के मुताबिक मामले की जांच की जा रही है और आगे की कार्रवाई के लिए उसे पंजाब पुलिस को सौंपा जाएगा। पुलिस ने यह भी स्पष्ट किया है कि सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल कुछ अन्य वीडियो भ्रामक और एआई जनरेटेड पाए गए हैं। प्रशासन ने लोगों से अफवाहों पर ध्यान न देने की अपील की है।

Following the protests, Ghaziabad Police detained social media influencer Subhan Rangrez. Authorities stated that the matter is under investigation and the accused will be handed over to Punjab Police for further legal action.
