In this flow, we’ll focus on calming that "fight or flight" response and tapping into the parasympathetic nervous system, which governs rest and recovery. It’s designed to guide you gently into a state of deep, restorative sleep.
You can practice on your mat, or feel free to join me right in your bed. Let’s take some deep, nourishing breaths together to soothe the body and mind. My hope is that tonight, you find the stillness and peace you deserve.
