There are a total of 3 Dragons that you need to free for the "Dangerous Skies" trophy. To free them, you need to destroy the 3 shrines hidden around the area.
DRagons are not tracked as part of the completion percentage in each zone, but they freeing all 3 of them unlocks the "Dangerous Skies" trophy and you'll also get rare enchantments for freeing them.
