In this episode we go to Psalm 90:12 — "Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom." This was Moses' prayer AFTER watching an entire generation squander 40 years in the wilderness. They had a vivid description of the Promised Land but never saw themselves in it — so it couldn't pull them forward. They romanticized Egypt (the familiar) instead and died without entering. Same pattern today: If you do not see yourself in the new day, it will not pull you. If it will not pull you, it will not compel you. And if it will not compel you, you will squander today.
