This is a walk-trough video for my 2D Flat Character RIG setup for Cinema 4D. As an C4D Artist i struggled to setup 2D characters in After effects, with endless layers and comps and no real overview, and thought, why don't i build one in C4D instead and do complete 2D animations with it? It animaties way faster and playback is realtime, with all the advantages of using my C4D Knowledge, using 3D depth, mograph, easing, Xpresso etc. Also i wanted each character to have all the different character featurers needed for the project inside one, so it was easy to switch/tweak the design/look of the characters later on in the project. (since this happens all the time).
In this RIG i added one male and one female, for you to extend with your own creative touch.
