So from where the Princess Ships dock head out to the main road. You will see the Bus Stop down about 100 yards. There is a tunnel that goes under the road so you can get to the bus you want going the direction you want. In about 5 or 6 stops you arrive at the center of town where the main square is.
If you want to get to the Arctic Cathedral you take bus 20 or 24 from the main square. 20 and 24 will bring you back across the bridge as well. =)
Get the App TROMS BILLET. It will allow you to buy a ticket over your phone as well as shows how long you can ride for. Its good for as many busses as you want for 1.5 hours or 90 minutes. I went a lot of places in my 90 minutes. =)
