How to Make a DCP for Theater Projection

Описание: In this video we learn how to make a Digital Cinema Package for digital projection in
Davinci Resolve and Adobe Premiere Pro.

For Digital Cinema Package (DCP) distribution, the hard drive should be formatted as ext2 (or NTFS). While ext2 is the officially recommended format by the DCI (Digital Cinema Initiatives), many cinemas also accept NTFS formatted drives. The drive capacity should generally be 2TB or less.

*Note Final Cut Pro does not have the option to export a DCP. You will have to use a 3rd party program.

The DCP folder on the drive should contain only the necessary DCP files and folders (MXF, XML, etc.). Avoid adding any extra files like test versions, photos, or other unrelated materials.
