Junk Journal January is a free month-long challenge to inspire you to create in your junk journal or art journal. It’s a great chance to kickstart your creativity in 2025 with a supportive community and show up to your journal, hosted by ‪@megjournals‬.

How to get involved:
Follow the prompt list and create along each day - or pick and choose the prompts that take your fancy. There are no rules! You’re welcome to use the prompts with other types of journaling too.

Creator collaboration:
Each day throughout the month, watch a new video from 30 different creators on YouTube. Create a journal page alongside them for the day’s prompt. Videos will appear in the playlist at 12pm (midday) GMT each day from 1 January.
