Bandai Shiny Pokemon Figure Lottery Program: Completed Collection

Описание: Welcome to a video I have been planning to do for over a year. After spending a lot of time, effort, and money gathering this collection, it is finally finished. I am glad to be able to shed light on an obscure but wonderful side of pokemon figures that gets almost no spotlight on the English side of youtube. This video is a summary of everything I have learned in the past 3 years of researching this topic. It is difficult to find much info on the internet without knowing Japanese, but I scrounged what I could from old Japanese forum posts by using google translate, and that information is shared in this video.

Beginning in 2002 and being active as recently as 2015, the Lotto program started right at the pinnacle of my childhood Pokemon enjoyment, and went on until X and Y had been out for 2 years. All the while, I had no idea that shiny Bandai figures even existed, or that there was a lotto program. I am hoping that some day Bandai will continue this promotion, and hopefully release some random Pokemon from gen 1-4 who still deserve a shiny figure. I could make an entire video just talking about which Pokemon deserve a shiny lotto figure. I have not heard any rumors of the lotto program returning, nor have I heard anything which led me to believe the program is done for good.

If anything, the fact that Bandai released a shiny Celebi figure in 2021 means they still like making shiny figures, so maybe the lotto program will come back.
