Here I’m making Murgh Masala Balti
Ingredients for one
4 tbsp vegetable oil or ghee
350ml base gravy of your choice
10 pieces of chicken tikka,
150g pre cooked Lamb or Beef mince
Several pieces of pre cooked potatoes or tinned potatoes
1/2 medium finely chopped onion
Several chopped pieces of green and red pepper
1 Large chopped tomato
2 fresh chopped red or green chills ,hot ones if you wish
2 tablespoons garlic and ginger paste 60/40 in favour of garlic
2 garlic cloves sliced
Fresh ginger Julienne cut slithers
Pinch of salt to taste
1 tablespoon freshly chopped coriander to garnish.
