1 Minute Microwave Chocolate Chip Cookie Ingredients:
1 ½ tablespoon of avocado oil
2 tablespoons of keto friendly sweetener (or your sugar of choice)
½ tablespoon of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/3 cup + ½ tablespoon of almond flour
1/8 teaspoon of xanthum gum
A littleeeee bit of Himalayan salt
Dark chocolate chips (I used Max Sweets Vegan Mini Chips)

--- In the microwave, I used one baking sheet. After placing cookie in the microwave for 1 minute allow it to sit for about 5 minutes. This allows the cookie to cool down and firm up. The last thing you need to do is EAT & ENJOY!
