The AOE unique effects from both of these weapons can clear the cryo debuff and proc the explosion from the Cryogenic cluster shot mod which makes both of them great mobbing weapons for Hailey.
I changed up my Hailey build. I swapped out Amplification Control and Hp Amplification and for Emergency Measures and Front Lines. I also swapped Maximize Conservation for Mp Collector. I have less range on my explosions now and less hp but I do a lot more damage with my 1. As long as there are a good number of mobs around, I don't have any problems with running out of mp. Albion Cavalry combined with Hailey's 1, is a really good Crowd Control build which can be useful playing in groups with squishy teamates or helping them get the full benefit from Dangerous Ambush.
