Living Observatory (LO) was founded in 2011 to track ecological change at many wetland restorations on retired cranberry farms, including Mass Audubon's Tidmarsh Wildlife Sanctuary and The Town of Plymouth's Foothills Preserve.
In this talk, Glorianna Davenport, Founder and President, introduces LO's mission and goals. Brian Mayton (PhD, MIT Media Lab 2020), demonstrates how the web-based platform he has developed supports the LO community and their projects. Adrian Wiegman (PhD UVM 2022), LO’s Learning Coordinator and Data Specialist, discusses core learning initiatives.
