Ray shares his personal experience of the programme in Firhouse and his retirement planning, and the fulfilment he found in joining a Men's Shed. The episode also touches on the social and mental wellbeing many men gain through their participation with Men’s Sheds, and the many community engagement initiatives supported by the large network of sheds across the country.
