How to make this delicious Biscoff Rolls.
Here's what you'll need:
1 cup milk (250ml)
2 large eggs
1/4 cup sugar (50g)
2 tsp instant yeast (6g)
2 tbsp biscoff spread (30g)
4 and ¼ cup bread flour (530g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
1/3 cup unsalted butter (75g)
FILLING: 1 cup Biscoff spread (smooth)
TOPPING: 200 grams cream cheese and 1/3 cup Biscoff spread (100g)
1. In a bowl, mix together milk, eggs, sugar, yeast and biscoff spread.
2. Add flour and salt. Mix until dough is formed.
3. Add butter, mix until butter is fully absorbed.
4. Transfer to a lightly floured counter. Knead until smooth and elastic.
5. Smooth into a ball. Coat dough with oil. Place in a bowl and cover for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
6. Transfer dough to a floured counter and roll out to a rectangular shape about 12x18 inches.
7. Place about 1 cup biscoff spread. Spread evenly.
8. Cut into 12 equal strips, about 1.5 inches and roll.
9. Place in a 9x13 inches pan, line with parchment paper.
10. Cover and proof for 20 minutes. Preheat oven at 175C or 350F.
11. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes. Let it cool down completely.
12. For Cream cheese topping: Mix together room temp cream cheese and biscoff until smooth.
13. Spread over the rolls. Top with crushed biscoff biscuits
14. Serve and enjoy!
