Hey Welcome back to Watch How to Videos one more how to Video Tutorial.

I had people asking me how I add cool text to my videos.

So today I am going to show you 2 simple ways I follow to add text in my videos

So need 3 things to get started

You Need Good Camera, Lighting, and video editing software to get the job done

I personally use Camtasia and Adobe Premiere Pro

In Camtasia - You add the video footage in the time line and when you are ready with editing you can add text by going to call out and choose

Text.

You can change font, color, resize the font,I bold

Its the similar process in Adobe Premiere Pro. When you are done adding the video footage then you can add what called title by going to media

section - right clicking - new item - add title, then name it what ever you want to name it. Then from there you have a typical Photoshop style

layout and now you can add text,shapes etc. Once you type your text change the color, size and position. Once you are happy with your text now

you drag it on to your time line above your video.

Thats it.

One little Tip

If oyu want to add better looking fonts to your videos You can

Fonts: Go to DaFont.com and there are almost any type of font you think off and they are free to download and use.

Couple of other Tips

If you want your Text to look good on your videos

Background: Make sure you use the color of your text to complement the background. Try to use one color or max 2 colours

Postion text: not on the body or face. Use your text over your right or on your left

Over Use text: Try not to over Use

If you dont use Camtasia or Adobe Premiere Pro thats fine. Other video editor software's has same or similar functions to add text to your videos
