Chris De La Rosa show you a simple technique for melting chocolate using the double boiler method. Basically a pot with water (simmering) with a bowl on top not touching the water and using the steam to melt the chocolate. This melted chocolate is excellent for making chocolate dipped strawberries and it's as simple to melt milk, dark, semi sweet and white chocolate.
