OpenBVE - Updated Kawasaki R188 Release

Note 1:
Not all features are implemented with 100% accuracy. I attempted to implement these features as close to accurate as possible, however, I am not an expert nor a train operator, so there are likely some mistakes in this R188, especially regarding CBTC and the TOD Screens. If you find something that’s incorrect, let me know and I’ll fix its implementation.

Note 2:
This R188 is only at Version 1.0 and will likely still be worked on and subsequently updated in the future. There are still a number of features I’d like to implement.

Note 3:
This train is built for OpenBVE version 1.11.2.7. Using a different version of OpenBVE might cause bugs or issues; one of which for versions 1.11.10 and below being that the door panels of the conductor cabs are detached from the cab walls. Updating the game to any version above 1.11.1.0 will resolve this issue.
