Meals🔽
1- Overnight Oats (kcal- 933, Protein- 50gm)
60gm oats
60ml milk
2 scoops peanut butter
1 scoop whey protein
1 banana
5 crushed almonds and walnuts
1 oreo biscuit
2- Dahi and whey (kcal- 316, Protein- 31.7gm)
100ml dahi
1 scoop whey
Your favourite chopped fruits
3- Soya sabzi and roti (kcal- 653, Protein- 37gm)
60gm soya chunks (soaked in water & drained)
1 cup chopped onion, 10 cloves garlic, green chilli
Seasoning with salt, red chilli, and coriander powder
4 grinded tomatoes
1 cheese slice, maggi masala and little bit malayi of milk
4- Soya sabzi and chila (kcal- 578, Protein- 33gm)
For chilla batter-
60gm oats
1 cup besan
50ml dahi
1 cup water
Chopped veggies (capsicum, onion, tomato)
Season with red chilli, salt and dhaniya
