Описание: Welcome to our roastery!

First up, we have our lab. The lab allows us to do many things from sample roasting to cupping! We have a few roasters in the lab that we use specifically for our sample roasts. We have many, many grinders, as well as a plethora of ways to brew coffee. But perhaps the most important thing in our lab is our cupping table made by Kylle.

In our roastery, we have many different types of roasters that all do different things. All of our roasters are made in the USA and they're all hooked up to Cropster, which is a great way to collect data and refine the roasting process.

As part of our Collective, we offer bagging stations as well, so our Collective members have an area to bag the coffee they roast right here in our roaster.

All of our roasters are classic drum roasters, but the (Loren 35?) is the biggest, baddest roaster we have. It's a completely closed system that offers 99% convective heat transfer. That's a lot of heat!

Lastly, we have a great green coffee storage area for all our customers of the collective. Our coffee is stored separately in another garage that is better temperature controlled than in the roastery.

We also have a cold brew facility that is also separate from the roastery. We brew our cold brew and can it in this facility using a Brew Bomb and a Wild Goose canning machine. The exciting bonus of this area? The deep freezer is where we've been storing some of our favorite, high-end lots of green coffee that is to be released at a later date.
