But Alizeti’s journey wasn’t easy. After her biological mother, Chuckie, struggled with maternal care, the zoo’s dedicated team stepped in to give Alizeti the love and support she needed. From round-the-clock care to the amazing foster bond with Bea, Alizeti’s life is a story of second chances, family, and hope. 💕

Today, she’s thriving—playing, learning, and making friends with fellow young chimps Kyansa and Mahale. Her journey is a beautiful reminder of how compassion and care can change lives.
