Rena Hughes conceals mortgage fraud Part 7 Abuse by Nevada Family Court

Описание: Rena Hughes received clear evidence of Mortgage Fraud committed against Lindsey Licari in 2018 when Ms. Licari filed for legal separation after learning the Escrow Agent Nikki Sikalis Bott working for National Title Company , also acted as the Notary and forged Lindsey's name to a Quit Claim Deed. Lindsey Licari did not attend the closing and requested in writing to Linda Naw to cancel the purchase of the home. Instead of canceling Linda Naw, with ERA Brokers, Nikki Bott with National Title Company, Drew Levy with Valley West Mortgage, Bobby Antee the opportunist ex-husband, Melissa Parker with One Realty Group, all held a closing without Lindsey Licari present and fraudulently conveyed title into Bobby Antee's name. Lindsey asked for an annulment the day after closing to begin a new nightmare. Shumway Van law firm then began to litigate the annulment as a divorce, knowingly concealing mortgage fraud and was able to do so, with the Judicial misconduct of Rena Hughes, and Kathy Hardcastle for 2 years. When Lindsey's lawyers, Chris Tillman and Jennings and Fulton refused to report the misconduct of Shumway Van they then conspired to defraud Lindsey, and deprive her of the damages and restitution owed to her. After two years of frivolous litigation, they then held this trial, knowing Bobby Antee committed fraud, and had no interest in community property marriage laws. This is clear abuse of the justice system, in which every government office this was reported to and failed to take action has committed misconduct not protected by immunity. The Attorney General Arron Ford is allowing the attacks and misconduct by LVMPD and all judges attempting to conceal this misconduct by Rena Hughes.
