🍓 Strawberry Tiramisu

Servings: 6–8

⭐ Ingredients

For the strawberry layer
• 200-300 g fresh strawberries, sliced
• 3–4 tbsp sugar
•1 cup milk
• (Optional) 2–3 tbsp strawberry liqueur or rosé wine

For the cream layer
• 400 g mascarpone (room temperature)
• 300 ml heavy cream (cold)
• 70–90 g powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

For assembling
• 1 pack ladyfingers (about 200–250 g)
• Extra strawberries for topping
