Dogs and owners come to the Department for the Do as I Do exam. The owners had trained their dogs with the Do as I Do method according to the instructions given during a seminar on Do as I Do held by the scientists of the Family Dog Project.
During the exam the dog's ability to reproduce human demonstrated actions is tested by an unfamiliar examiner.
The dogs and owners that pass the exam receive a certificate and can take part in our research on dogs' imitative abilities.
We want to thank all the owners and dogs that candidate for the exam! Congratulations!
