In this short video, Matt shows you an essential maintenance procedure for the HP Envy 4500. We take a look at how to do cleaning cycles, and produce a "Print Quality Diagnostic" test page too.
This is essential knowledge for resolving almost any print quality issue with your printer, from missing colours to striped prints, we recommend doing these steps first. Cleaning in this way does use up black, cyan, magenta and yellow ink within your installed 301 or 301XL ink cartridges, so be sure to use this function of your HP Envy 4500 All-in-One sparingly.
