red chilli powder 1 tbsp
For Masala
oil 1 and half cups
onion 500g (5 medium size)
ginger garlic paste 4 tbsp
tomatoes 500g (5-6 medium size)
green chilli paste 5 tbsp
green chillies 7-6
button red chillies 5
garam masala powder
chilli flakes 2 tbsp
coriander leaves 2 handful
mint leaves 2 handful
coriander and fennel seeds powder 4 tbsp
RICE 1 and half kg
yakhni 12 cups
saffron milk half cup
brown onion for garnish
