This video demonstrates several moves one can perform while using the BackMitra.
In this video, I’m showing only 1-2 moves per exercise. In a full session @45min. I spend about 2-4 minutes on each move (about 10 reps each +/-) and body position.
Deep breath work is key to relaxing, softening, & melting into each move. If a movement doesn’t feel good, don’t do it.
It is important to know good pain vs. bad and to check with your doctor prior to use if you’ve had an injury or surgery.
