How to Make Slow Motion Tennis Video

The girl in the video is 13 yr old Lela hitting over at Wash Park here in Denver, Colorado. The setting used was the 848x480p at 120 fps. The video was then slowed down to various speeds, but mostly about 10% of normal, which allows all the frames to be seen. Filming at 120 fps and watching at normal speed doesn't make sense (read the blog post for an explanation). We used Final Cut Pro x to edit and slow down the video.
